Marc spent 13 years with Lehman Brothers in various international capital markets capacities including Chief Operating Officer of Lehman Brothers Asia. Marc joined fONOROLA as Chief Financial Officer in 1994 and became Chief Operating Officer in 1995. The company was the first to build a trans-Canada fiber-optic network and the first to offer IP-based services in Canada. fONOROLA was sold for $1.6 billion in 1998. From 1998 to 2002, Marc was a senior officer with BCE responsible for various aspects of corporate development, finance and operations. He is a graduate of McGill University.

Rodger is Toll Cross Securities’ President and Chief Executive Officer. He is a seasoned Bay Street executive with over twenty years of experience as a stockbroker and officer of an IDA member firm. For the past 4 years, Rodger was Director and Vice President, Investment Banking - Institutional Equities with First Associates Investments Inc. Prior to that Rodger was President of St. James Securities Inc. Rodger started his career on Bay Street with Greenshields. He is a graduate of Laurentian University.
