Donald Njegovan is our Manager of Investment Banking based in Toronto. After spending several years working in Mining and Exploration in Manitoba, Don spent the last eight years working in various capacities of Mining from Production, Engineering to Project Management in the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Mining Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Manitoba.

John is based in Victoria and provides presence in the B.C. marketplace. John is a seasoned executive with over 20 years experience developing and growing businesses, both as a hands-on leader and as a consultant. As founding CEO of Photon Systems Corp., John grew the business to $20 million in revenues and 50 employees. In addition to his experience founding and managing companies, he has served as a director and chair of several companies in the manufacturing and services industries. John earned an honours degree in engineering from Imperial College, University of London and is registered as C.Eng. (UK) and Eur.Ing.. He was awarded the Canada Award for Excellence in the category of Innovation and the Science Council of BC award for Industry/University liaison.

Tom is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in various telecom and technology businesses including Internet and broadband, wired and wireless, cable TV and multimedia. Most recently, he was the Chief Technology Officer of Bell Canada. Prior to joining Bell Canada, Tom spent 10 years at SaskTel and Stentor and 13 years with Nortel Networks. He earned a BSc. (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from King’s College London University and a postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from Portsmouth University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer of Ontario and a Member of the IEEE and serves as Chair of the Communications Research Centre (CRC) Advisory Board.

Bilguun is a recent graduate from Saint Mary’s University and joined Toll Cross in the summer of 2008. He holds a B.Comm majoring in Finance. As an undergraduate student Bilguun has two years of experience in portfolio management at a student ran IMPACT Fund of Sobey School of Business where he has specialized in commodities sector. Also Bilguun served as the VP Finance for the Saint Mary’s University Students’ Association.
