TCS’ menu of Investment Banking services include the structuring, managing, and marketing of public and private equity placements and debt securities in support of the following:

TCS specializes in providing funding assistance, consulting and merchant banking services to companies with the following characteristics:

• Active in the resources, energy, telecommunication, software and technology sectors;
• At least two years in its current line of business;
• Private or Public company;
• Generating $5 - $30 million in revenues;
• Funding proposals greater than $2 million are preferred;
• Have a comprehensive growth business plan.

However , under special circumstances, TCS will entertain funding proposals from companies outside of this framework
